| 11:00 - 12:00 Journal Club: Experiment & Phenomenology First order hydro is stable School PARTICLES AND ACCELERATORS Based on: Arxiv: 1907.08191[hep-ph] Abstract: The first order hydro suffers from a problem. That is the acausal propagation of sound modes which disqualify use of first order hydro. To resolve this isue, people often use of the second order hydro, conventionally the Muller-Israel-Stewart(MIS) theory. Most recently, one of the hydro pioneer, P. Kovtun has proposed the idea of General hydro frame. Using this idea, he could solve the causality problem in first order hydro. We try to illustrate the idea of this brilliant paper.
