A scientific recognition for Prof. Yasaman Farzan

Prof Y. Farzan has been honored by receiving the "Abu Reihan" Prize of the Iranian Academy of Sciences.

On the June 11th the ceremony of awarding the first round of the Abu Reihan Prize" was held in the Iranian Academy of Sciences (Link). This prize is awarded by the basic sciences group of the academy to young researchers below 40 for their distinguished research works, in five branches of basic sciences (poster) including physics. On behalf of the school of physics of IPM we congratulate prof Y. Frazan for the award.
